Admission to MDS course for NRI Students |
Annual Intake of NRI students: 15% of total seats are reserved for NRI’s (2 Seats for NRI’s at present)
Duration of Course: 3 Years.
Fee Structure
Academic Fees:Total academic fee for full course: US $100,000 (US $One lac only) approx.
Hostel Fees: Boarding, lodging and food with AC single room having attached Washroom – US $ 3500 per annum approx.
Eligibility Criteria:
The candidate having an ancestral background in India, must have completed BDS course with one year Rotating Internship, with not more than three extra attempts in passing all the professional examination taken together. The candidate must have secured a minimum of 50% marks on equalization after deduction of 2% marks for each extra attempt.
- Candidates have to appear in the Competitive Entrance Test.
- Merit shall be determined on the basis of percentage of marks of the BDS Course after deduction for extra attempts as mentioned under eligibility criteria.
- Must submit, in original, the eligibility certificate from Baba Farid University of Health Sciences. The Application form for getting the eligibility certificate can be downloaded from the Website of Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS), Faridkot, Punjab. Website link: www.bfuhs.ac.in
